Starr came to HVBC in August 2010 after teaching preschool at a local Christian school and also serving in the children’s ministry for 15 plus years at her home church.  She and her husband, Ray, have been married since 1990 and have 3 children – Ryan, Molly, and Sally — and one granddaughter.  Starr enjoys spending time vacationing with family and being outside hiking, running and kayaking.
