Luke 23:32-43

1. The sinfulness of mankind and the sinlessness of the Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 23:32-39).

2. The necessity of repentance and faith in order to be saved.

     1) The essence of repentance: changing your mind about the Lord           Jesus Christ (Luke 23:40-41).

     2) The essence of faith: trusting Jesus to do what He says He will           do (Luke 23:42).

3. The promise of Jesus to all who trust in Him: “You will be with Me in Paradise” (Luke 23:43).
